"Where can you take your European vehicle, namely a Mercedes Benz and not get ripped off (as a woman)? I have had a few horrific experiences previously. Cook European impressed me with honest, friendly, straight-up communication that other garages (normally) fail at terribly. Recently my car broke down and needed to be towed to a nearby garage for repair. The vehicle needed to be diagnosed to determine the fault. The garage where originally towed advised it would be 3 weeks wait before they could repair! What a joke! So I arranged re-towing through Cook European who were just brilliant. They advised fault within 2 hours, and had the repair completed in 24hours. Just incredible, efficient, one-stop service that I will continue to acquaint for further work. Highly recommend to all European road-users: Mercedes Benz or otherwise!"
